Mouth Banana Bread

Ingredients:
2/3 cup oil
4 large eggs
2 cups mashed ripe bananas
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 (3 1/2 ounce) box French vanilla instant pudding
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda

Directions:
1.
Preheat oven to 325°F.

Mix oil, eggs and mashed bananas.
3.
Combine remaining ingredients and add to banana mixture.
4.
grease and flour pans,place on baking sheet
5.
Bake in a 2/ 9 x 5 x 3 inch pan 0r 4 mini loaves [mini's will
take about 45 minutes] for 1 hour or until bread tests done.
